Even if you hold your breath, the molecules and atoms that make up your body aren't at a standstill. In that sense, we all affect one another as vibrations.

The law of vibration is strongly connected to the law of attraction. Basically, we send vibrations out into the world and to the universe every second of everyday.

If we send out negative vibrations, negative things come back to us. However, if we send out positive vibrations, positive things manifest in our lives. It sounds very simple, but that is actually the way life is (and supposed to be).
